It takes a lot of guts to move and I don't think I have it. Moving out on my own...so not ready.
I do love to travel and would love that to be part of my job, but living away from my family would be very difficult.
And then getting a place and having to make rent payments would certainly throw me into the "big girl" world that I rather not go into yet.

mouse are there any full time employees that came from the internship program? does your company at least guarantee an interview for a position after the internship is over?
not that I know of. The boss hasn't said anything about being interviewed. All I know is that the girl who did intern with me didn't get trained because the boss knew she was looking for a full time position elsewhere.

Some internships do turn into jobs but again, do not put your faith completely on that internship!

I've gave about 10 resumes to people so far.

Health insurance is the most important thing to me. In Aug I am no longer covered under my dad's insurance and I need to have it. Some people said I should take the summer off to relax but I just can't afford to. I need a job before my bday comes.

Good luck with the search Mouse.

I had a very busy two days...first with the recording session on Wednesday and then the photo shoot yesterday. And we ran into Ringo Starr of the Beatles! Unbelieveable! How often do you get to run into a legend like that?

Ringo was amazingly nice. But everyone said he is...incredibly nice and personable. He's got a distinctive voice too.

It's great that he's not an a--hole considering he was in the greatest band of all time and he could easily be one.

Hmm....well, he's always been "known" as nice so I didn't think he would be one.

I love people who are successful but still humble.

it makes me wonder why some people stay "normal" and others turn into divas. Must be the people who surround them and if peope are kissing their asses too much.

I think it's who the person surrounds themselves with, how exposed they get and all that. Alot of people start off grounded but then circumstances change and they change with it.
