R2 = Europe & Japan

The international release can't be too far behind though because I think it opened only a couple of days or weeks later in Europe. I'll rent it and fast-forward through the icky stuff. The closing credits are gore-free, right?!

mouse watch it in the daylight and you'll be fine...it's more getting bitch smacked shocking for the most part..don't get me wrong there's plenty of grotesque horror in it but man some scenes just left me saying 'damn'...

Can't we do that with TV shows these days too on our digital cable boxes?

I suppose so but I get interrupted more at home than I do in the theatres though.

that's why i have dvr hehe so i can fwd through commercials and watch at my own pace...sometimes when i watch shows live i forget i can't fwd through 'em lol...

In the theatres, I actually have more peace and quiet than at home. Everyone is always calling me to do something at home!

I watched 28 Days Later in the daylight and that didn't help. I was alone. though. Maybe I should watch Hills with someone.

I'm jealous of all you people who can skip over commercials.

hehe mouse i'm sure in a couple years dvr will be standard anyays so don't fret

...maybe it would be good to watch it with a buddy so you can diffuse the scare factor....28 days later was a good movie....

it was. It made me a Cillian fan. I love all of Danny Boyle's work.

I saw The Hills Have Eyes this afternoon (it was released in Australia 20 April) and I knew that it was going to be a bit scary ... but the blood and the guts and eating people's flesh

I saw the movie by myself .. not the best thing to do. I thought Emilie's character was good ... though its great to see her on the big screen
