Emilie de Ravin - EdR Dreams #1: Sleep: We All Do It!

Just a bit of a clerification here. When I talk about "dreams" I'm not taling about aspirations or wishes, I'm talking about literal sleeping dreams.

I dream about Emilie de Ravin in every single dream every single night. And I generally write my dreams down after I wake up. I have a great dream memory and can generally remember my dreams from the past 5-10 minuites from before I wake up. I have difficulty remembering names though.

I've been playing a game called "FarCry" recently, and last night (past few minuites auctually) I dreampt that Emilie was in a movie about the game. She was the damsel in distress being held in a compound, and I had to go in there and free her. I don't remember if I freed her in the movie or not, but I do remember that in my dream it was just a movie and Emilie was just an actor.

This dream then evolved into myself going on vacation in seatle. I'm pretty sure that the evolution took place when I was ascending a stair case lined with friendly kittens inside the compound, and when I came to the top and opened a door there I stepped out and into a mall. From this mall I went outside and saw the seatle space needle, which was laying on its side, but it was meant to be like that in my dream. I then regretted not having a camera, thinking that I wasn't going to ever want one. There was then a strong gust of wind which pushed me into a handrailing, and I had to hang on to prevent myself from being blown over the railing and falling to my death below. Emilie blew into the railing beside me, I guess she cought up to me from the last dream. She then sat down and started speaking to 2 fans. I was sitting off to the side, eating a sandwich pretending not to recognise her.

I am generally quite un-cloof in my dreams, where as Emilie is always quite intellegent.

One of the fans asked her if "de Ravin" was an italian name(of course its french), and she confirmed that it was. Then he asked her if her middle name was ????(I don't remember what the name was, but it may have been 3-4 letters long, I think it was 'Ava.") She replied something like "You ask too many questions."

Both of these question relate to previous posts on this board that I've made or read.

I was done eating I think, and I got up and walked away. Emilie had been driven away from the fans by their exessive questioning, and she started walking with me. We walked towards the food court, and she asked me what a certain food was made of. I replied that it was a mixture of different foods, because she had called it by a weird name with the meaning of "all-foods." The name she used was more flowing though and had to be disected in order to get to the meaning. We kept walking and the food court counters were closing in, and changing position. I couldn't navigate and had to think too much, which caused me to wake up.

So, does anyone care to embarass themselves and share their Emilie dreams?

I love hearing about people's crazy dreams.

the only Emilie dream I ever had was back when she was kicked off Roswell. I was in a cafe with my sister and Emilie came in with the actor Jay Mohr. I remember Emilie had a ton of makeup on. Like yellow eyeshadow and she was wearing this pink tank top. I thought her fashion choice wasn't so good.
I was nervous to talk to her/bother her while she was eating, but eventually I worked up the courage to go over to her and ask for a photo & autograph. I can't remember many details of the dream, but she was rude which surprised me because that's not how other people said she behaved. I got my photo & autograph, though, and left her and Jay alone.

On a slightly OT note, when I was listening to the Opie and Anthony radio interview and Jay Mohr called up to ask Emilie that dress question, I freaked out because they appeared together in my dream.

I find it weird that the 2 of you have had 60,000 and 20,000 posts here about Emilie and you have only had one and none Emilie dreams?!?

It was a couple of years ago, but I had a dream that I was on the Lost island, and Claire and Charlie where helping me find a boat or something. Short and quite random

I had a really long dream involving the Lost cast (along with Emilie), only they were in character:

I dreamt I was sat in the back of a pick up truck which was driven by Josh and Evie and we drove to this beach place which looked like the Lost beach. I asked Evie whether it reminded of the Lost Island and she just nodded sadly. Then, me and Josh held hands (

), and went paddling in the ocean and suddenly we saw Emilie, Matt, Maggie, Terry and Jorge so we talked for a while on the beach and then Matt took us to this dark room and randomly started eating jam out of this jam jar. Emilie started crying, saying that she wanted to eat peanut butter, so Evie gave her some money, and me and Emilie went looking for a shop so we could buy her some. We walked around for ages in these horrible dark alleys and eventually we came out and saw all these bright flashing lights...we were in New York..

Talking of Lost cast dreams, I had a dream where Naveen Andrews worked in a Burger King that was in my Dad's back garden

Lol, I wish I had had that dream with Emilie, Lost-in-Sawyer!

Last night I had a dream that I was driving (stalking) around burbank trying to find Emilies home.

Then during a nap I dreampt about Emilie being cast in a show which was shot on an island. This show wasn't LOST, it was a fake reality show.

Thats about all I remember about those 2 dreams.

I love random dreams, I have more of them than normal ones, like the dream when there was a riot on my school field and I got force fed a pot noodle

, and then started getting chased by this random Rhino Tank because I kept spitting the noodles out

I want another Lost cast dream though!! Maybe if I go to sleep thinking of Lost, maybe Emilie will creep back up again.

I want to dream of the Lost cast too! hopefully Emilie will pop up in my dream tonight, and if I see Damon, Carlton or J.J. I'll persuade them to give her more damn screen time!

I've been re-watching lost, I'm on the second season, and I'll watch all 4 seasons in the comming weeks. This probably helped with the lost dream that I just woke up from.

There were some of the cast, I remember Sayid and Shannon, as well as Kate and Jack were in my dream, but primarily Emilie.

It was a behind-the-scenes dream where I believe I was an extra, following around the cast and trying to get as close to Emilie as possible while still acting "cool."

The filming was done in an abandoned mall, with multiple levels. We just kept running around, climbing ladders, and filming various action/dialogue scenes. I watched Emilie re-hearse some lines with some other cast members.

At the end of my dream I was trying to find my backpack, full of personel belongings, and I could not find it. Emilie was about to leave, and she felt sorry for me not being able to find my bag and offered me an apple. I can't remember if I took it.

I then flashed foreward a couple months and I was still in the mall, it had been renovated and re-opened, and my bag was still no ware to be found. Somewhere around there I woke up.

I think that this is also a re-occuring dream, I rember it happening once before.

EDIT:
Lol, I just remembered that preveous to this dream, I was dreaming about plucking out my eyebrows, which turned into vomiting eyebrow hair, I then spat out the remaining vomit from my mouth, and this caused me to auctually spit in reality. So I woke up with a wet cheek. That happens about every few months, where I spit in a dream which causes me to spit in reality in my sleep.

Ok, just woke from a great Emilie dream.

There was a sort of expose of upcoming releases in the media, including the Incredible Hulk 3. The whole thing took place in a small auditorium at a town fair, the auditorium seated maybe 20-30 people, very intimate, I believe the majority of the lost cast were there, and they were signing autographs. Emilie was there too of course. She spoke to me a few times, said “Hi Nigel.” She was using an American accent. That was after she was speaking to my parents a bit and learned my name and that I was a fan. I think my parents were acting a bit crazy about the whole thing. I believe at one point that Boone was sitting on my right, and Sawyer on my left, joking around and signing my jacket. Emilie signed and left sleeve too with “EDR.” Both Emilie and "JacK" signed a Lost book to me and my sister.

After the screening of the commercials was over (commercials for movies and computer games, they just played on a loop and were projected on a screen) the auditorium cleared out. I rollerbladed with Sayid to a bridge, this bridge had an elevator on it, which was broken. I became trapped on the elevator with much of the cast of lost, and Emilie was outside the elevator doors and the lot of us talked around. We could talk with Emilie because the elevator was the antique type with iron bars. Emilie was at this point speaking in a slight and posh English accent.

I became uncomfortable with the questions they were asking me, just because I was outside my social depth, and I started looking down. At that point I woke up.

In my dream when I learned that Emilie was visiting I felt extremely nervous and unprepared for her visit. If she actually did visit my town, I certainly would try to stay as far away from her as possible, maybe in a few years I’d be ready to meet her, though I’m not really that kind of a fan. Right now I just have a few “social issues.”

A few more notes;
When Emilie was leaving the auditorium she was passing out autographs, and she gave me the whole works to pass out so that the fans would stop harassing her. I got the feeling throughout the dream that she was being “Posh”/uncaring.

I shave my head in the shower, and generally I run out of hot water before I’m finished, so I walk around indoors for half a day with a half-shaved head. I sometimes worry about accidentally walking out of the house with my head in that state. At one point in my dream I realized that my head was in this half-shaven state. In reality it is in this state too, I went to bed after shaving half of my head in the shower.
