edr's board was the first female celeb board to hit 10,000 post years ago and then ff had several server crashes etc so everyone started from scratch....i remember the posting was insane when it first opened....we'd burn through threads in like five minutes

I remember how fast the board used to go. It was SO hard for me to keep up.
And I get satisfaction over the fact that Emilie hit 10,000 first

I remember when the board was hopping during the Roswell days. I would have thought that when Lost came on, the board would hop that fast again...and Mere and I would have our hands full again but it never really happened that way. The Lost fans are different than Roswell fans, that's for sure.

They have more boards to post on than before, with Roswell, it was just one board that expanded.

I also thought Lost would get more people here, but it didn't. The one reason why I miss the Roswell days is because of all the awsome people who used to constantly post here and on the Roswell Tess/Rebel threads. Other than that, I don't miss those days so much.
The Lost fans I think are more sane...to a degree.

for the Emilie board. I don't even think I had internet when the Emilie board was first opened...actually i might have had really slow, tedious dial up. Plus the fact that I never got into Roswell until last year. As for threads in 5 minutes, what the hell did you guys talk about to go through threads in such speed?

Btw, whatever happened to those lists of people who where currently on whatever board? They were just there one day and gone the next

I think the list was bogging down the server so it had to be turned off.

Did you get into Roswell because of Emilie?

honestly we were talking about everything and nothing...just random babbling that pretty much set the tone for the board hehe...it was awesome because it was a place to gush about edr/tess without having to deal with the idiotic rants of non edr/tess fans...those roswell days were seriously nuts!!

i remember all of the cast members having their own board and everyone having to deal with thread wars over the dumbest stuff...it was all so silly in retrospect
