Thanks for the TPG trailer, the new thread and the super-lovely pics. They're gorgeous.

I taped Carrie recently when they showed it on tv here - but I haven't had time to watch it yet. I was too busy soaking up all the ~~soccer~~ football coverage.

There are some funny lines and references to the love story between the kids' coach and the object of his affection in the TPG trailer. Looks more like a light-hearted family film than a gritty portrayal of the boys' poverty or something.

Emilie may get asked to give a couple of promotional interviews like she did for Ball Don't Lie. It would fit: The real stars of the movie are the kids of course - but she's well-known to American parents as the sweet mummy from Lost.

I'd like to see a magazine do some kind of photo spread with her like they did when Brick/THHE came out.

I like how Emilie is in a light-hearted film. After doing Brick, BDL and THHE which are not light-hearted it's good to change it up.
