I'm buying InStyle tomorrow. I can scan it, if there isn't a larger scan.

I love In Style cause they love Emilie. I also love the pose and dress she's wearing. I can't wait to see a better scan.

Emilie is rumoured to star in a new film, alongside Ashton Kutcher.

Article here
It sounds like a nice film, with some great actors so i really hope this is true. And it's a comedy!

well if it's true I'm glad she's getting to stretch her comedy chops cause she was hysterical in her scenes with Nick on Roswell. I can overlook the Ashton Kutcher part cause I'm just happy she may actually be in another movie.

I've just picked up InStyle this morning and its a nice feature and one that I've been wanting for a long time its Aussie-Wood Meet Our New Stars in LA!

Its not much of an article, but there is some interesting tidbits. For Australia Day (26 January) Emilie said that she bad a barbecue and made some ANZAC biscuits

I'll have the article scanned tonight.

ANZAC stands for Australian New Zealand Army Corps and it dates back to WWII (I think from memory).

ANZAC biscuits are very Australian and you can have them all year around and they're made up of rolled oats and some nuts.

Ashton Koosher aside, that's a pretty good cast (Tina Majorino, YAY!). I think I recognize the director's name as the same director of the Austin Power movies. I certainly hope it's all true but I wouldn't be all surprised if it wasn't either. <goes into girl detective mode>

For me its a really "filling" biscuit and you eat say 2 and you're full.

Here's a pic and the recipe for anyone willing to cook them

Quote:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
125g (4oz) butter
2 tablespoons golden syrup
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon water

Preheat oven to 300F (150C)

Mix oats, flour, sugar and coconut together.
Melt syrup and butter together.
Mix soda with boiling water and add to melted butter and syrup.
Add to dry ingredients.
Place 1 tablespoonfuls of mixture on greased tray (allow room for spreading).
Bake for 20 minutes.
Loosen while warm, cool on trays.
(makes about 35)
