Sorry took me so long to reply!
Its been such a long time since watching the show that I can't remember all the flashbacks but one that stands out for me at the moment is when we got Claire's first flashback and finding out where she was in her life and what she was going through before boarding the plane  __________________

I remember her first flashback being a surprise because spoilers kept saying she was a surrogate who decided to keep the baby, so when it turned out to be a completely different story, I preferred the one they went with.

I agree the surrogate story didn't quite fit so the storyline they went with felt much better and fit with Claire's character

We got the hints that there was something special about him and that's why they tried to take him it's been a while I can't remember if they actually did take him I think they did! But we never got told why,what made him special

I can't remember if they took Aaron. They took Claire while she was pregnant and did tests on her. And then later Aaron got sick and she got him medicine. But I'm not certain they ever got a hold of Aaron.

I loved it as well. I understand being upset because no questions about the mysteries were answered, but by that point I only cared about the characters and not the plot so I was satisfied

I think that the producers had warned us that not all questions would be answered too. So I resigned myself to that.
Plus, I am just really glad they didn't tell us the whole thing was a dream or in someone's mind. __________________
