No, it's judged by 2 or 3 episodes that the producers pick that best represent the show. Ditto for the actors, they have to pick 1 or 2 episodes that best represent their skills.

I doubt Kristen Bell will become like Lost's Michelle Rodriguez Lucy since Kristen Bell is nowhere near the trouble that Rodriguez has caused in her short lifetime and she's a better actress. I think she would be a good addition to the cast since we lost a few last season due to Sylar's murderous ways!

Don't worry. I don't follow Heroes spoilers so I have absolutely no idea what role KB is playing.

I wasn't really thinking backstage drama (Milo/Hayden makes up for that) but more like the hype factor. Deserved or not, I've seen a bit of the same resentment vibes towards Kristen that I've seen Michelle get from the Lost fans. The actress and her character could potentially overshadow some of the original cast. We'll see if that actually happens though.

No wonder why Emilie doesn't get Emmy nods. She only has one ep to show and while her eps are always great, they're not Emmy material.

I think Kristen will rise above it all. I think alot of fans are worried about their whole Peter/Claire thing and really, what Peter/Claire thing? He's her uncle for pete's sakes.

But really, I didn't start resenting Michelle Rodriguez until I saw Ana Lucia's first episode. Then I was like, "WTF????" Besides, unlike Lost, Heroes uses the entire cast in all the episodes....so I really don't think it would be a problem, they started off with a bigger cast than what they have now. I don't have a problem with new characters coming in. With the premise of Heroes, there was always suggestions that new people were going to come in.

I wish Lost could handle their large cast the way Heroes does. With Lost, the same 4 characters get used all the time.

I had a feeling they were...however I do love the Petrellis (the entire family) so having Claire as a part of it, that was fine with me!

I found out that Kristen plays someone who is connected to Claire. They are adding four more "Heroes" to the cast I believe. Two of them are related to the Heroes, the others are new I believe.

It doesn't bother me they are adding new people, they use everyone in the cast anyways.

Mouse - I think that the format is what makes Heroes able to use their entire cast in an episode. Lost's format is alot more different. Which is probably why I like Heroes' format alot better. It's done by chapters. Lost and Heroes are similiar in a way that you need to watch from the beginning to understand the twists and turns...but difference is, the writers of Heroes have probably been there since the beginning as well as the creator. Lost, as you say, don't really have the direction of JJ Abrams and I think the secondary writers have changed alot since it premiered.

That's what really sucks about the Lost writers changing. Because the people who did have ideas for Claire prob left so now she's the baby holder. It was like with Roswell, the person who created Tess & had ideas for her left so she ended up being fraked with.

It does suck...though I'm not sure if the Lost writers who wrote for Claire have changed but it's possible, who knows?

I have to say though, I watched the premiere of Heroes and wondered how they were going to introduce the new characters. They are doing it rather slowly and integrating them into various character storylines which makes it alot more easier. The one guy bumps into Claire and he's a new character as well. I do give my hats off to them, they had everyone in the cast on the show except for one family (who I dont' really like anyways). Now that's good time management!

I was a bit bored by the Heroes premiere...don't kill me. I love Sark aka Kensei, I love Claire's dad, and I think it's great how they're able to use most of the characters and introduce new characters at the same time. However, it was the end of the ep and I couldn't believe it because I felt nothing happened.
