Seriously. When I first saw the news, I was apprehensive. Then I realized it would mostly be up against reruns.

I wonder what ABC will do if the strike magically ends tomorrow and the other shows are able to write/produce eps before Jan 31.

As for the strike, I believe that the writers still write although on strike. If they are in a groove, no way they won't write because they are on strike. They are just not shooting anything.
