I know Val won't see this, but have fun in Hawaii/at the wedding.

I think that most actors ship their characters when it comes to TV shows. Lauren Graham said she wanted Loralei to end up with Christopher when the rest of the fans wanted her character with Luke.
were a lot of the fans pissed off at her for saying that?

Todays chat.......

Zoriah: Ooh! Gossip! Does Ausiello's blind item about a white female prima donna have anything to do with your piece on Lost's bad castmate?

Nope. And I just hope it's not me!

Romain in Belfort, France: Is the alienated castmember of Lost, like, blonde and Australian?

Frak no. The Australian blonde is as sweet and fuzzy and adored as the baby duckling she resembles.

Lisibeth in France: An actor on Lost, a big falling-out with the rest of the cast and it has already had an impact of the storyline... Well, all my money would be on a [totally accurate description which can't be printed] being the culprit. Do you predict bankruptcy or fortune for me soon?

I predict: Cha-ching! And because I want my own paychecks to keep coming, I blanked out your guess. Now, how are you with lottery numbers?
Glad it isn't Emilie, I didn't think it was her. So if it was a girl, I am think the only female I could think of is Juliet.

Hmm...not really. Eventually Lauren bounced between Christopher and Luke as being potentials for Lorelai. But in the beginning, she wanted Christopher.

Hmm...could be the actress who played Juliet being the outcast...but seeing how she came later in the season, they don't know her and she has been pulled away from the people she usually works with.

Yeah I have heard it might be a He. She should have said he/she so people wouldn't be only speculating about the girls.

I think it was weird how people thought it was a girl. I guess 'diva' automatically means female.

Tvguide.com had a blind item about a "pretty white female primadonna on a critically acclaimed series" or something like it a few days earlier. That's why nearly everyone went out of their way to "confirm" that Wrongda's blind item must indeed be about Emilie because they suddenly thought they had insider info aka that other blind item.

I must admit to sometimes reading Wrongda's and Ausiello's blind items. The guessing game is usually really silly: No matter what the content of the blind item is (and whether it's positive or negative), the first 10 guesses are "OMG! It's Grey's Anatomy!!!" just because it's so popular, then come the people who guess actors they actively hate ("It's Ketherine Higl!!!") and then come the people who are afraid someone might start guessing their (usually male) favourite and blame it on someone they like less. And I think that's exactly what happened to Emilie here: She's not as wildly beloved as, say, Holloway or Lilly, who have masses of 'shippers to come to their rescue, and was singled out to take the heat. [/armchair fandom psychology 101]

Well, something happened on Grey's Anatomy. Even being popular and all that couldn't save Mr. Washington and his popular character of Dr. Burke and the popular pairing of Cristina and Burke.

Some things can't be saved!

Emilie is so quiet though. If she's the supposive 'diva' that everyone was claiming her to be, wouldn't she be putting herself out in the press a whole lot more? They blamed her even though there was no evidence and that's typical.

Well, I wouldn't call a "diva" someone in the press alot...to me, a diva is someone who is demanding about getting the own way and can do so because they need to be kept happy.

Being in the press alot, that's just someone who is an attention grabber...or if they don't want to be in the press and are anyways, someone who is in the limelight.

But, diva's also like to be the center of attention, 'all eyes on me' attitude. because they are the only ones who should be payed attention to, when they are needy or demanding, and hot. Someone who is not afraid to step out of her comfort zone and push her limits to do something different with confidence, attitude, and moxie. But, I always thought of someone who sings when I think of a diva. Lol.

that's what I thought too

for me a diva is someone who loves the attention, loves having everything go her way. So for me, a diva would automatically mean someone who enjoys being followed by the paparrazzi and showing off.
I just feel like the two traits go hand in hand.

Does that make you a singing duck?

Why does Paris Hilton come to mind when reading that?
