I remember that picture. It's from the first season's finale. I was annoyed, then slightly worried that Claire was going to die, because she wasn't in it.
 I've been avoiding Lost articles and spoilers but Yahoo suckered me in with an "Is Lost Killing Matthew Fox?" article. Heh. It's written by Kristin Veitch (Yuck.) but I found this part interesting. :Spoiler protected because of spoilers.:
