i was watching E!news and apparently Josh's alleged mistress was on some radio show and said she did a lie detector test and passed.

But has anything new turned up to substantiate that "persons" claims.. or is it finally burning out? It seemed to me that it was just the same story, repeated in every report.. with nothing to back it up. I avoided this thread for a long time.. and it seems to have stalled. Please let this be over! David deserves to get on with his life!

I'm sort of thinking it is over and he's just waiting out the storm ... of course, we don't get anything about David here in Australia at the best of times.. so if there is anything new, you guys would know way before I would read it... fingers crossed... he deserves better.

I feel sorry that anyone has to go through this persecution... look, nobody is perfect, everybody does stupid things.. but lets think.. Has there ever been anything like this in the last 8/9 years... so why now? I just cant believe it.. I won't. It needs to be over and done with.. There should be some sort of legal ramifications for people who do this sort of thing. She's got her 15 minutes of fame, and caused misery for a whole lot of people in the process. And she will get away with it? Not cool.
