They probably always mention Spike cause Spuffy has a huge fanbase. And if you think about it, it's better they do mention both Angel and Spike, cause that way it gets clear really fast who was Buffy's true and only love.

When they both get mentioned, Spike's usually the booty call guy, right? I don't remember reading something where Angel wasn't labeled as her other half.

Buffy def. raised the bar since her 1st time. She was only going downhill after that.

That dumpster sex scene is my favorite of theirs and I hate Spuffy. She looked so blank and lost and so far away from anything called love. Spike didn't mean crap to her romantically, everyone knows it. Besides those is denial, that is.

You know I was watching this thing called Chosen Memories, I don't know if it's from the S7 DVD, cause I don't own that yet. But it's a conversation between Joss, Charisma, Nicky, Emma, Danny Strong, Marti Noxon, Jane Espenson, David Fury, Doug Petrie, and... I think I forgot someone.

Kay.. all of this just to comment on a funny part where they are all saying their favorite moments on Buffy and Marti Noxon says:

"I think maybe one of the ultimate moments for me was after you[Joss] had been away for a while.. I think this is before I ruined season 6 or just about before I started ruining season 6." And she tells how Joss said he was gonna be away and he had a laminated graph in his wallet showing how not involved in the show he was. Like he would point to the graph and say "This is week 10, I'm here not involved. Not here!" And her favorite moment is the musical.

Poor Marti, I love her, but season 6 is so hard to watch. I mean the whole dark vibe I like it, and I understand it as I said on the BA thread at the Buffy board. And I would even be ok with maybe one sex scene of that level... but several? No.. to me it was out of character, no matter how difficult things were for Buffy. I don't even believe Spike would go for that either.
