Depends on the characters. With Xander I usually lean on the hate side.

I end up liking Cordy and Spike more after reading BA fics.

I'm into AU fics so most of the time Spike's a cool guy who doesn't try to take Buffy.

And Cordy/Faith is sometimes a better friend to Buffy than Willow and Xander.

Really, it's usually Faith in my favourite one's and Cordy in a couple that I liked. Spike is always a cool guy in these fics.

hmm I dont know I think Faith is someone who Ill always hate in the series but in fics it can go both ways
