Production on 20th Century Fox series "Bones" has been shut down as star David Boreanaz has come down with the flu.

It was inconclusive whether Boreanaz, who called in sick Monday morning, has swine flu, but showrunner Hart Hanson posted on Twitter that the skein would not shoot on the West Los Angeles lot because of the H1N1 virus.

A studio spokesperson said production on the series, which typically shoots Monday through Friday, was expected to resume Tuesday.

Oh, my god... NOOOOOO! Poor David.. I hope he doesnt have swine flu.. My sons girlfriend's whole family had it and they were REALLY sick for 3 weeks. He will need to stay away from the baby and his son.. its terribly contagious.. I feel so bad for him. Gosh, I hope we can keep tabs on how he's going.. Get well soon Dave... Luvs and hugs to you... you know what.. I'd volunteer to go and nurse him back to health...
