David is so cute.

But I totally get his point though on Heroes. Everyone acts like the type of stuff that Heroes does is like a new, coolest thing ever, especially when it first came out. But Buffy was doing all that type amazing storytelling + people with awesome powers....and didn't get those kinds of ratings or buzz at the time.

For me i find Heroes - and i know it sounds weird - more realistic - cuz in Buffy there were demons and vampires etc so they all look inhuman - whereas in Heroes everyone looks normal... and i prefer that.

But i do understand what he's saying

I see what you're saying but I don't know. Vampires have always fascinated me more than the kind of thing on Heroes. The thing is I do think BTVS seasons 1-3 and some of Angel are better than Heroes. Of course Heroes has a bigger budget so it looks more 'realistic', but Buffy did amazing with what it had. I guess it comes down to the fact that Buffy has been a part of me, especially seasons 1-3, for so long. I could never chose Heroes over that. I mean, it's a good show, but it could never compete with my love for Buffy.

I think if Buffy didn't go down hill for me i could probably do the same

But i would chose s1-s3 over Heroes - for the B/A aspect of it - but if B/A wasn't part of the show i'd choose Heroes

i think the name of the show makes alot of difference as well, alot of people wouldn't watch buffy just because of the name of it, but heroes strikes a better chord with them.

I agree about Heroes being overrated as well but I also feel that way about a lot of television on today

I like that's he vocal about his feelings towards the changing time slot for Bones as well.
