Episode Description;

When a terrified young Halloween reveler finds the mummified remains of a teenage girl in a Halloween pumpkin patch maze, Brennan and Booth are called to the scene to investigate. They are perplexed by the fact that the girl appears to have been deceased for at least a year, while Hodgins discovers her body is covered with spider bites. Booth and Brennan later receive word of a second mummy found at Halloween amusement park funhouse, and it appears the victim, another teenage girl, was killed on Halloween approximately two years prior. As the team questions a variety of ghoulish amusement park employees, from the grim reaper to a zombie, they get word of a third teenage girl who has gone missing. Booth and Brennan realize that they have until Halloween to find her before the killer strikes again. Meanwhile, the team gets decked out in costume for the annual Jeffersonian Halloween Ball, and they encounter a few scares of their own in the "Mummy in the Maze" episode of BONES airing Tuesday, Oct. 30 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

we could just make this the current eppie thread or something! I just was going to vent a little

b/c I can't really do that on Seebones... or Bones Board, but I also don't want to offend Shauna, and I know she liked last nights eppie

If you post it... I will come, b/c my mind is just turning this eppie over and over!

Booth looks at her with complete understanding!!

Ok... They find suspect... question him... then Brennan finds Kristin's (dead intern) purse with cell phone in it.
Bones: The bag tells us that Kristen wasn't leaving the museum when she met w/ her killer.
Booth: Look at that... a lot of calls to the same #.
Br: Booth-
Booth: Let's hope it's our cheating husband!
Br: Kristen was authenticating artifacts from the Gormagon Vault.
(They had just heard from the suspect they questioned about all of the Gormagon Iconography they were finding)
Booth: Let's not go there!
Br: If Gormogon killed her then Gormogon is one of us. somebody who works at the Jeffersoninan.
Booth: *Groans* (Head up to sky, snaps cell phone shut) You went there!
Br: What?
Booth: You went there, and you gave him a nickname.
They stop in front of a window a body falls- clearly seen through window (

) B/B both do a double-take.
Booth: That just happened right? You saw that?
Br: Freaked look, nods yes, they both take off running!

It'a Zach and Hodgins doing an experiment w/ a dummy. Both are standing there surrounded by guards in hand cuffs.

so... they figure out that she fell from the top floor. They are talking about experiment ... blah blah
Booth: Speak English Please! (Blah)
Hodgins: The office suites! It's always the suits Baby! (to Brennan)
Booth; hey... I wear a suit!
Hodgins: Yes- yes you do! (Hillarious- look he gives Booth and Tone!!)

Angela, Zach, Hodgins, Cam talking about case. Cam asks Angela if she can see Aldridge (suspect) killing in a crime of passion? Angela says "I guess, he's GRRRR" Cam asks "exactly how well do you know him?"
angela: e had drinks. i don't sleep w/ married men!
Zach: You're married and you sleep w/ men besides your husband. What's the difference?
Hodgins Smacks him up the backside of his head- HARD!!

Cam: B/c as far as we know he only kills males, and snacks on them, plus... there are far too many other reasonable suspects.
Br: Like who?

Cam: he saw you question Aldridge. Booth said he went pale w/ anger.

Cam: Oh, we had dinner the other night when..... we had dinner.

Hodgins walks in talking about rope... Brennan figures out how he was killed (NOT the PATHOLOGIST!!!) they talk about the drug used.

Cam: I read Dr. Reardon's (victim;s father) book too. (snotty tone... walks away)
Brennan- Now HERE she looks hurt, upset,

Booth and hodgins have a really great exchange here... Booth tells Hodgins about kiss he laughs at Booth ...
Booth: i really should take out my gun and shoot you now!
Hodgins: I'm sorry man...No it's serious! (He's cracking up the whole time!
Booth: You're not helping!!

Ok... cute moment I missed before... Boothie is playing w/ a spear like a kid!
Booth, Bones, and Hodgins talk about weapons... can't find weapon... Booth must have smuggled it in... Bren/Hod Smirk Impossible...
Booth: you two are geniuses. How would you do it?

So access Kirstens records, see what she was working on.... hodgins clearance denied... Brennan clearance denied...
Booth: Excuse me! (goes to computer types in password.)
Br: Wait- you have a pasword?

Hodg. goes to look up stuff.
Booth taps Brennnan on shoulder. Smug Look: I know your password too. It's Daffodil.
Br: I never told you that!
Bo: Come on... I've got eyes. you guys aren't exactly CIA material.
hod: Daffodil?
Br: What- they're pretty!
More case talk.... killed by smuggler...
Br: I'll have Zach check all of these for possible murder weapon, and I'm changing my password. (put's hand up to cover screen)

Br: How do you know?
Bo: It's your second favorite flower. I know you Bones. Try a planet!

Br: (taps cup for new drink) None the less, I shall be vigilant! ( they drink cups down)

Booth: Well- we're gonna find out. Hodgins and Zach, they do theri experiments. We do ours... To Gargonzola!
Br: Gormogon! (Cheers)
Booth: smashes cup. Bren falls to floor.

Ok... here is my take-
this:
Br: Them?
Booth: *nods* You!
Br: Me?
Booth: You were all offended that it was one of you.
(Exchange looks)
Br: You know what? (Booth look-tell me) I am offended!

My humble Opinion... and you know what THEY say about opinions!
She is offended for 2 reasons. One she is offended about Cam! And sorry, I don't think it makes her a psycho raving lunatic b/c she is becoming attached to this guy and he has hidden a relationship from her in the past, and she is CONCERNED/ OFFENDED that he would do it again!
Two: She considers herself one of HIM... she wants to be on HIS team! That is what all the searching for his approval in the interogation room last week was about! She Guessed for him... or as much of a Guess as she could!
She is offended that he still considers it him and the squints, and she is lumped in with the squints!!

Basically I am very sad this morning. I feel like we took 2 steps back in this eppie. We are back to Booth hiding and Brennan not dealing (ie girl who won't talk to him or go out in the field for 3 months)
We made so much progress, and I just HATE to see us go back!

I liked the eppie?

No way! I can't remember ever saying I liked it.

I remember saying I liked the BB scenes, but the episode.

I didn't like it at all. It was meh. The only thing I liked about it were the very few BB scenes we got. Of course I would have LOVED more BB, but there's gonna be some not so stellar episodes once in a while. Same as last season and season 1..there were some that left me with a bland taste in my mouth. But the kinda sour feeling it left me after Tuesday....I'm over it I guess. I've seen far too much, to let one episode be the be all and end all. I just hate to see people get discouraged or lose hope becuase of one episode. I seen alot of fans get fed up after last year and last year was AMAZING so.. I don't know.. I just don't want to lose anyone.

And honestly....I didn't think anything happened for BB that was anything that upsetting.

The thing that bothered me the most was how soapy the Booth/Cam/Felicia thing was ---it was just POINTLESS. Now, I'm just trying to think about better and brighter things.

And don't worry about offending me hun!!!!!

And it might be a good idea to just use the same thread for the episodes. That's why I didn't make a new one for this week's episode b/c the threads are barely used. So good idea!!!
