at that time yes by ats she was probably in the same category as buffy (of course the jasmine/evil cordy thing messed that arc up in s4 and in eternity i wanted a whole lot more "cangelus" by then she had moved up on his radar not only was she and angel becoming best friends she was now a seer for tptb
