Geez... I have wayy too many Waitress moments to even think about it right now.

I know we're supposed to stay in denial about the existence of S3, but I felt it was the best season for Liz and Maria's friendship. L/M's scenes were great, when Liz was getting drunk when Max 'died', Maria knew how to handle her and when to back off and she didn't take her outburst to heart. Especially in the series finale when Maria stormed off...they're just *always* on the same page and when they're not they go out of their way to help the other.

Thank you! I'm probably going to take the overnight shift when my aunt manages so she can show me the ropes but I think it'll be fun. =D I'm going to try and snag some alien antennas for the hell of it. Even after Halloween.

Oh man, the royal seal king thing! Ugh. Michael turned into such a jerk. And he was so possessive over Isabel. What was up with that?

And ITA on Liz and Maria's scenes. I'm not sure I would be as loyal and understanding as both of them were during those scenes. I'd probably bitchslap Liz if I were Maria

But they're just two girls who love each other unconditionally, and I have to admire that.

Maybe he reverted back to the four square thing? His true alien self without the human side was 'meant' for Isabel but...still. I liked DocPaul's version of that episode, better.

I don't think we get to but I'm going to try for it...if it's over-night and my aunt's managing, I'll be able to. I think. Hee. But on Halloween, I'm so wearing it. I'll look up alien dates and claim it's a national holiday if I have to...

I could always snag an alien necklace and put my hair in braids.

Yeah, it was the Rath within him acting up. Are you talking about The Day We Never Kissed? Because, hell yes, that was better! DocPaul is like a goddess in this board. Everything goes back to her brilliance!

Yup, sometimes it had to be all about Max! And I hated that. It's weird because I never really disliked Liz. Irritated sometimes, yeah. But when I joined the fandom, I started to see her in a negative light. I think some of their issues rubbed off on me. And lurking and hanging out on not-so-friendly-to-Liz boards isn't helping much. But she's still generally nice on my book. And when I do think about it, personality-wise, I'm more Liz than Maria. I'm more the conservative scientist than the bold drama queen I guess. But I can't help but love Maria more!

Aww...Luci, the Maj/Shiri pic you posted is soo cute. They look adorable!
Maria was such a loyal friend. I always admired her for being always nice to Liz although sometimes Liz was acting really stupid. But Maria was always a good friend, no matter what.

That's what friends should be like. Maria was the best example!
I would have screamed at Liz a couple of times, and I didn't like the fact that Max was more important to her than Maria.
Maria was always there for Liz, but my impression was that Liz was not always there for Maria, when she needed her.
Still they were really good friends, season one rocked... it was funny to see them... specially the girl-bathroom conversations

Being a Waitress in real life isn't fun. You get harassed and stuff. It's so much better on tv or in a little town like Maria/Liz. I'd love to be apart of the crashdown gang.
