Watching the first episode now!! It's so old looking

All the controversies about the show back then and now you look back as we have shows like "Family Guy" and now it seems so tame. It was big deal that Bart used to say the word "butt" on tv __________________

I was 12 when the Simpsons premiered. Back then I thought I was too old for cartoons. I didn't get into the Simpsons until the 4th season.

I was 1 when it premiered. But my parents saw a cartoon, didn't really know it was controversial and let me watch from a young age.
