" The Real Housewives of Fat Tony" - Episode Discussion

From The Simpsons Archive

"The Real Housewives of Fat Tony"
#NABF12

The Real Housewives of Fat Tony ...now include Selma, but Homer and Marge don't like the way Selma is putting "family" over family; Bart has the ability to detect truffles by smell.

Homer drawing Patty's inner beauty
Fat Tony's henchman not knowing what he meant by "take care"
Lisa's rant on the blandness of the vegetarian menu
Homer hanging out with The Occurrence
Otto watching his DVD

I liked all those, but otherwise this wasn't one of my favorites, despite my fondness for Fat Tony.....or is Fit Tony?

I liked it when Selma told Marge she married a pig, and Marge replied, "Well you married someone whose first name is Fat!"

I like Fat Tony and I like any Bart & Lisa scenes (loved it when they were trying to share that lollipop) but Selma was a bit scary in this episode and was it just me or was Patty not in the episode at all? Or just for a few seconds? I don't remember anything happening with her.

Spider pig spider pig..

I loved Bart and Lisa's storyline. Them sharing a lollipop was priceless.

Didn't really care for the Selma/Fat Tony storyline though.

Fat Tony: I don't know whether to knock you on your kisser or kiss you on your knockers.

I liked the reference to the 1985 Cardinals losing the World Series. Yeah, that still makes me angry

We got another cameo of Ling, Selma's adopted baby from China. I guess Patty was taking care of her while Fat Tony and Selma were "married".

I completely forgot she adopted a baby.

I seriously love the Bart/Lisa storyline so much. Poor Lisa.
