The first thing that came to mind was the scene where Bart and Marge were spending time together, riding the bike and having tea. But when the bullies found out, he pretty much abandoned their mother/son plans.

For me, it's a toss up. First was when Bart stole that video from the department store. It was in Season 7. The other time was when he shot a bird at Nelson's house.

Marge and Bart have one of the more subtle relationships on the show. Marge in general is a subdued character compared to other Simpsons characters.
