Little Big Girl - 4/8 (repeat) Episode Discussion
From The Simpsons Archive
Little Big Girl Episode #JABF04 Rather than tell the truth about her family history for a school report, Lisa claims she is a "native American", which ends up with her having to give the keynote address for the National Native American Tribal Council; Bart, as a reward for something extremely heroic, is given a driver's license, but when he's had enough of driving the family around, he drives off to another town, where an older girl takes an interest in him (under the impression that, since he can drive a car, he must be at least 16) __________________

Good episode, I enjoyed it
One of my fave scenes was when Smithers caught on fire and told Mr. Burns that he needed help because he was flaming and Mr. Burns looked at the camera like if he didn't know that already Lisa using the corn curtains as a dress Homer calling Bart like every time on the cellphone love the scene where Homer called Bart at 2:30 in the morning that he needed a ride because he was drunk and in Chinatown __________________

I was watching the grammy's so I missed a lot of the episode but couldn't help but laugh when Homer kept calling Bart asking him to pick him up

Another great episode last night.
It was nice to see a new episode centered around Bart. The Smitters scene was very hilarous and more subtext surrounding him. Plus i thought Natalie Portman was great in it. Glad that she got to guest star on the show. __________________

I didn't realize Natalie Portman was the guest star until they showed the credits. Now wasn't there a reference to the Star Wars movies in the episode? I thought maybe CBG had mentioned it. __________________

Yeah I thought the voice was familiar but couldn't think of who it could be until I saw the credits and saw Natalie Portman
It was cool to get a Bart-centered episode, plus he said one of his catchphrases that I hadn't heard in a loooong time. "I'm Bart Simpson, who the hell are you?" __________________

Homer used that pretend whisper voice again, you know, the one where he thinks he's whispering but everyone can hear

When Marge created the statue of Homer, there was underwear on the statue. Was that also made of popsicle sticks? Did Marge design a huge pair of underwear for her statue?

Nobody has mentioned this scene yet. They re-did the opening sequence, but Bart is driving the car instead of on the skateboard. The funniest part was when he tried to jump Homer's car.

I noticed a couple things re-watching the episode.
When Bart drove out of town, there was an "Exiting Springfield" sign. In smaller print, it said something like "Birthplace of Naboo". Darcy's had a mole/beauty mark on her face, just like Natalie Portman. __________________
