Yeah, talk about confused! But I will give Marge props for finding a way to send Lisa to Cloister's Academy. It seems that Homer tends to sacrifice for his daughter, so it was good to see the mother/daughter dynamic.

^ I know, I felt so bad for him each time he opened the box and it wasn't the baby elf! Of course I expected it, but that didn't make it any easier to take.
I liked this episode, especially after last week which I didn't like at all. There was a good combo of sweet and funny scenes. It seems like they've done this basic storyline (where Lisa is afraid she'll turn out like her parents) half a dozen times though. __________________

I loved the orchestra at the back of the bus. And the quiet rule, and how Homer drove back to ask what time school started.

Only Homer would think of driving around the gas pumps to waste the 10 gallons. It was hilarious when they all got out of the car, dizzy from the laps
