Lisa must be strong for a little girl. But when you think of it, it's not like she marches with the sax. Most of the time she plays it, she's sitting down.

Maybe they've had that in an opening sequence. Lisa's played other instruments as she's been sent out of class. The one that is most memorable, that is not the sax, is the harp.
