Lisa the Drama Queen - Episode Discussion

I forgot that I tried to post the episode thread last night and failed.

From The Simpsons Archive

Lisa the Drama Queen
Episode #KABF22

Lisa and a new classmate create their own fantasy world, but soon blur the line between fantasy and reality.

Yay for a new episode it feels like it's been forever.

Sounds interesting...I wonder what is going to happen.

The chalkboard gag was ehh. I liked the appearance of CBG in the couch gag..."Worst.Couch gag.Ever."

Another appearance by the buliies. I liked how Kearney showed his sensitive side.

I liked the couch gag as well. Didn't we once talk that CBG should be a couch gag saying "Worst Couch gag ever"? I remember we did.

Pretty cool appearance by the bullies...I liked that also about Kearney how he defended Lisa and friend from the other bullies

Loved Lisa's portrayal of Homer or should I say Homerini

And Kearney imagined he was the dragon beating up on the other two bullies, when in reality, he was the one getting beat up.

What were the princesses' names?

The other one was Valdectoria (not sure on the spelling)

Forgot to mention I love the scene where Lisa and Juliet are cutting out their dolls and making Equalia and then Nelson sees them and says that "girls are so lame" and we see him playing with his headless Darth Vader and armless Malibu Stacy wrapped in duck tape and starts kissing them together and then he notices if anyone is watching

That was hilarious! Especially when Nelson had them kissing

I think it's Valedictoria.

I thought the animation was particularly impressive and beautiful in this episode.

I'm glad that Lisa was able to distinguish between fantasy and reality.

I like it when Lisa sides with the family.

And I thought Emily Blunt did a good job with Juliet.

She did do a good job with the Juliet character.
