How did you discover The Simpsons?
I first learned of The Simpsons on The Tracey Ullman Show. Back then, they were film shorts.

Way back when it started (was it really 15 years ago??
 ), there were hundreds and hundreds of ads, playing that 'Everybody if you can, do the Bartman' clip. |

I'll be honest. I didn't like the Simpsons at first. Everything was focused on Bart. The T-shirts, "Do the Bartman", etc. It all seemed like overkill to me.
Then I sat down and watch a few episodes of the 3rd or 4th season with a friend, and fell in love with it. __________________

To be honest, I don't remember. They started airing shorts of The Simpsons the year I was born, so I'm not exactly in any position to remember it. I didn't start watching the show until I was about 9, but I'm assuming I knew about it before then.
