I've been trying for two days to find the original thread - wound up starting the next one instead.

The couch gag for "Mypods and Broomsticks" actually incorporated a second chalkboard gag for the episode. I think that was a first.

I love the evolution one.

And I like the classics: the one where they run in and there's a second set of Simpsons on the couch, and the MC Escher one.
