I'd have to say Homer for me!!!!! He is just so freakin hilarious, everything he does and says cracks me up!!!!!
Flanders and Moleman are next on the list!

Homer can always make me laugh. The Comic Book Guy, Moe and Apu are all also good for laughs. There is just something about the Comic Book Guy that just makes me laugh.
