Colin would also be great in voiceover work. Voicing a cartoon character. A humanish one, nothing like Daffy Duck.

I'd like to see him playing a bad guy in a thriller. I'd like him to try something different.
I liked him in comedies but I'd love to see him in different roles.

I'm very fearful that's why I don't want him to play in a thriller because I have to see every Colin's movie and it just doesn't tie together... Though I like Katherine Heigl and saw her "Valentine" horror, so that I should clear the fear.

I heard once that Colin and Hayden C. were the final canidates for Anaking Skywalker and Hayden got it because he was newer to the business (I don't know how true that is) and now,with all the hype about Star Wars (I can't wait to see it) I am so daydreaming how it would have been if Colin played Ani/Vader

I don't know, I think SW would have done a lot of damage to Colin's career. Hayden and Natalie are wonderful actors, but I've yet to find a Star Wars fan who likes them.

I've heard the same thing about Colin and Anyakin a lot... I agree, though... the only good things I've heard about them are girls saying he's hot and guys saying she's hot... there's never been good comments on their acting and such.

One of my gay friends said Hayden did nothing but "look good". I told him to catch a few of Hayden's other movies.

If you combine the criticism of the movies along with the "nepotism" criticism, Colin would have a hard time recovering from the movie.

Well, King Kong is sci fi, I guess. For now, if he's in a big movie, I hope it's a supporting role. He'll get to strut his stuff, but won't be blamed if the movie tanks somehow.

but, only us big Colin fans (an perhaps other King Kong fans) know Colin's gonna be in it... I kind of consider King Kong to be more fantasy in my head, but yah, I suppose your right about it being sci-fi. I'd love to see him in other roles similar to Orange County, though (meaning a great cast with a heartwarming, if not a little bit whacky, script).
