Shiri was offered to direct a new Netflix Show but she can't do it now because of Season 4.

Her UnReal directed episode was critically acclaimed, she shadowed for 5 years (didn't get money for it), directed a Funny or Die Video, made election commericals, knows how everything works because she started working at 3 and yet they want her to shadow more

So she has now her own production company.
