I bet it is busy, I was thinking about it last night and I think OTH has hit Dawson Creek and Roswell status with fans. People just really really really love that show.......... as do I.
Well when you have some down time just slip in here and give a post because we miss you __________________

The title is from an old R.E.M. song I'll look for the whole song for ya and post it. __________________

REM LYRICS
"What's The Frequency, Kenneth?" "What's the frequency, Kenneth?" is your Benzedrine, uh-huh I was brain-dead, locked out, numb, not up to speed I thought I'd pegged you an idiot's dream Tunnel vision from the outsider's screen I never understood the frequency, uh-huh You wore our expectations like an armored suit, uh-huh I'd studied your cartoons, radio, music, TV, movies, magazines Richard said, "Withdrawal in disgust is not the same as apathy" A smile like the cartoon, tooth for a tooth You said that irony was the shackles of youth You wore a shirt of violent green, uh-huh I never understood the frequency, uh-huh "What's the frequency, Kenneth?" is your Benzedrine, uh-huh Butterfly decal, rear-view mirror, dogging the scene You smile like the cartoon, tooth for a tooth You said that irony was the shackles of youth You wore a shirt of violent green, uh-huh I never understood the frequency, uh-huh You wore our expectations like an armored suit, uh-huh I couldn't understand You said that irony was the shackles of youth, uh-huh I couldn't understand You wore a shirt of violent green, uh-huh I couldn't understand I never understood, don't ***** with me, uh-huh The story behind the title. Back in the 80's a man attacked Dan Rather, a famous US newscaster. He's a little infamous right now, but that's a different story. When the stranger attacked DR he kept saying "What's the frequency Kenneth?" No one knows why. I haven't seen many movies lately. I saw "The Village" a couple of months back. Last night I saw "Garden State" which I really enjoyed. There were a few too many Graduate ripoffs to make it completely original. But it was really well acted and heartfelt. BTW, FF has been really slow on my computer. So if I seem "gone", that's why. I've warned the mod managers already. But I figured I'd let you guys know, if you don't see me around. __________________

I think the limo song was David Gray - This Year's Love. If not it was used somewhere but I think that was it cuz I remember thinking how well that fit.
I really wanna see Garden State. I wanted to see The Village but everyone told me it sucked. Still want to though. |

The Village wasn't that bad. I thought it was well acted and directed. The story was a little on the weak side. The problem was it was marketed very badly. The commercials and trailers made it look like a scary/thriller movie. And it wasn't. It was pretty much a psychological drama, IMO.
But then again, my tastes run a little off center. __________________

I really really really like the Village but alot of my friends didn't? The twist wasn't really that shocking but it was worth paying money to see it in the theater.
I want to see Sean of the Dead this weekend so bad! Now that Bridezilla is back from her Honeymoon she said she would see it with me so I'll let you know what I think on Monday __________________

I also saw "Before Sunset" awhile back. It was my favorite summer movie. It's pretty much an 80 min. filmed conversation. But I fell in love with the script and Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy's awesome chemistry.

For quite a while I thought the movie 'Before Sunset' was the same as their other movie 'Before Sunrise'. I just thought they were re-releasing the old one for some reason.
Took me a looooong time before I correctly read the titles properly. __________________
