Give the lady a prize!!! Yep we went to the same high school for 4 years... There were over 700 people in our class... He wouldn't know me from 'Adam'. I don't know how old you are, so this may not make sense... But can you imagine REM type music in 1977 / 78?... A friend of mine (she's still good friends with Mike) sang with Mike and his band at an assembly... Most peeps were and ... But the kids were ... It's weird that someone from here made it big in the music business... And, no, he doesn't come to the class reunions.

jero, that is cool. I can see how MS seemed weird back then. A lot of friends of mine thought REM was weird (and this was the 90's).

So you're from Georgia, that's cool. I've never been down in GA, or the south. I want to b/c of the friends I've made on FF.

Cyn, I've been sick too. I'll try to be back ASAP. But now I'm good for nothing. I'm sure Kleenex stock have been going up b/c of me, but that's it.

It's a big misconception that MS lived in one place... I think his dad was in the armed forces and they moved around... We graduated from high school in Collinsville, Illinois. That's about 20 miles east of Saint Louis, Missouri. The good ole boring midwest.
