It won't happen! I mean if someone had to die, it would be the bad guy which I think is Jack Black's character and if that happens ... Jack will probably want to die in a comedic way
 Colin will be fine - don't worry, in movies (unlike certain stupid tv shows) the sidekicks never die! |

well, in the trailer, his character didn't seem to happy with the plans of Denham and so I guess he is a more good than bad boy

From what I've seen Colin's character is sort of the meek assistant to Jack's character. And Jack's character is pretty abusive to him.

What I was saying was based on stuff I've read on AICN, where they commented on a scene Colin and Jack did, as well as the trailer.
