Colin Hanks - Colinoholics First Meeting - Chocolate for All!

Hello! My name is Trude and I'm a Colinoholic!

What the ($§) is a "Colinoholic"?

In case you are thinking like this my dear readers, let me explain:
A Colinoholic is someone who is addicted to Colin Hanks - son of you know who

- also known as Chanker or Hankster but Colinoholic is the strongest form of the addiction.

Unlike other "holics" we are not bothered with our addiction (maybe people we know are bothered but ... whatever!) and don't want to be anonym - not at all!

So, if you are a Colin-lover, feel free to admit it and tell it us other Colinoholics - we'd love to discuss Colin with you and devour chocolate while doing so.

Why chocolate?
Well, it was noticed that Colinoholics also have craving for this sweet stuff (some even suspect that loving chocolate is the first sign of being a Chanker/Hankster/Colinoholic but scientists are still not clear about this rumour).
The best aspect of being a chocolate loving Colinoholic is that ... chocolate which is enjoyed while discussing Colin is not, I repeat NOT! causing you to gain weight!

This is just one of many still unknown mysterious concerning our dear Mr. Hanks jr.

OMG I LOVE this Hi my name is Erin and I am a COLINOHOLIC and proud of it!!!

Plus I love chocolate! So I am all good!

I have been a huge fan of his for years ever since his first appearence as an usher in the movie That Thing You Do I fell in love with him he is so cute

and he was my second favorite guy on Roswell besides Max aka Jason Behr.

Plus I have always loved Colin as an actor and I love his story as to how he got into acting and how Roswell was the first time he ever had a speaking role on screen in the Pilot so natural I have always loved how he got into movies! Plus he is hysterical so I know that if I ever met him I know I would have a blast!

I loved him in King Kong he did an amazing job and I love how Peter Jackson created the role of Preston just for him! So I am very excited to see him as the main lead in Alone With Her and to see him play a psycho should be interesting plus I love a good thriller so it should be great!

My brother Brendan is so jealious that I am going to see Colins movie Alone with Her when I told him he was like "No way Colin Hanks is awesome he is such a cool guy! I wish I could go and maybe meet him."

Then I told him you know I am talking about Colin Hanks and not his dad Tom Hanks. And he said "Yes I know who Colin Hanks is I have seen a lot of his movies and he did an awesome job in King Kong" It was funny!

Wow my brother Brendan is not only a closet Applesaucer but a huge Colin Hannks fan as well I so have to get him into Roswell now!

I can't wait to see Shiri Appleby's new movie I'm Reed Fish as well it looks amazing and so my kind of movie so it should be fun!

I really hope Colin and Shiri show up that would be amazing! It would be like a mini Roswell reunion for them being the last time they saw one another was in San Diego for the Film Festival. Aw Alex Whitman and Liz Parker reunited again!

That would be amazing!

I wonder if Shiri will go and see Colins movie and will be at the screening of Alone With Her? That would be amazing!!

I was shocked my brother knew who Colin Hanks was. My mom is a huge fan of Colins as well. She loves him and is so happy I am going to see his movie Alone With Her this year at Tribeca and is excited that I might meet him.

It's funny every time I see Tom Hanks on TV I always say "I love your son!" Colin is hysterical and I know it would be a blast to meet him. I know the two of us would just hit it off. He is a dork/ geek like me and he is hysterical! I love his humor!

It's funny Colin went to college at Loyloa College in California and my brother goes to their other campus Loyloa college in Maryland so that is my Colin connection.

Anyway I am so happy and thrilled that 2 Roswellians are going to be at Tribeca this year and I know that Shiri and Colin get along so well so it will be great to see them together in action and to see their movies!

Anyway I love the thread Sternbetrachter!! Very original and I think it is about time we have a thread for all of the Colin fans on this board!

Hi. My name is Alexandra, and I'm a Colinoholic. But you could just call me Alex

I had no idea being addicted to chocolate was the first step to being a Colinoholic, I'm now just waiting for the scientists to prove this.

I was first intrigued by Colin when he was a gueststar on The O.C as Grady Bridges. I found him really interesting, and he did a good job with the acting. It was very sarcastic, and ironic. A great joke on all of the self-centered actors out there.

That was my first introduction to Colin, however, I had actually seen him in Roswell before without thinking about it much. I guess he had to grow up a bit to become more interesting to me. Now, though, I think he's adorable in the roles he did when he was a bit younger too

I would never want to get rid of my addiction, after all, there's nothing like talking about/watching a handsome man while eating chocolate.

I have my chocolate next to me, so I think I can start now.

I don't write much, because the ladies before me, wrote a lot that concern me as well. My Colin obsession start with Roswell. Like Erin, he is the second best for me ... after Max ...

Colin is an amazing actor and I love every work of him. My latest movie with him was King Kong, which I bought not long time ago

I can't wait for Alone With her! I hope they release it here in Germany!
