No worries, Trude. I want to start Heroes as soon as I finish with Coupling.
In one of the Coupling episodes I watched yesterday, Jeff (Richard Coyne) was enamored of a girl on the train and with one thing and another, he told her he had a wooden leg. Of course, insane hilarity ensued. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard over a TV show in my life.  Coyne's delivery is pure genius.  __________________

one of my favourite scenes ever is in an episode in the last season, I believe
it's between Susan and Sally where they talk about Sally's ... not sure how they call it in English ... her "mental safe haven" I guess ... you'll know what I mean when you watch |

 I've been saying Coyne but it's Richard Coyle.  The new guy just doesn't have The Gift for comic timing/delivery. In that regard, I rate them Coyle #1, then Gina Bellman, Kate Isitt (Sally), Ben Miles (Patrick), Sarah Alexander (Susan), Jack Davenport, new guy. Gina really is brilliant in this role, so different than the wonderful Sophie in Leverage.  __________________

Finished up with Coupling today, and glad of it.
The episode you mentioned, when Sally kept going to her "safe place" when Susan asked her to be Steve's backup for the birth, was very funny; but that was really the only memorable episode in the last season. __________________

Sally's was really elaborate! I binge-watched season 1 of True Detective last night and today. It was really good, but I liked the S2 characters better. __________________
