That would explain some of my family members too.

I actually wish we had gotten to see more of Alex's family in Roswell. The books gave a lot of information about them, but the show didn't.

the show Whitman family appeared quite different from the one in the books ... at least Alex's dad did

I always found it weird how Alex's dad resembled Colin quite a lot. Very good casting there. I wish we'd seen Alex's mom come into play.

Yep, he was a core military man. Whereas the TV Mr. Whitman, was a lot like Alex as Jason's Lover4life
pointed out.

if Colin got his real dad to play his dad, they'd never have dared kill Alex off!

Totally! Alex shouldn't have been killed off at all. I loved him sooo much.

I guess he was one of the most liked characters and ... ... well ... anyone having a nicer subject at hand so we can talk about happy things?

How hilarious was Alex's little strip tease in Surprise? Every time I watch that episode I burst into a fit of laughter at his antics! It was so funny!

Totally! Jason, Katie and Maj's reactions were all real. They were cracking up just as much as us.

Yeah that was the best improvised strip tease ever! I liked the arm waves and the ripping of the shirt and the slapping of the butt! It was all good. Still i'm bummed that the changed the song in the dvds. But seriously that was one of the best moments on Roswell, IMO. I'd list it in my top ten.

I know right! Diane had to interrupt. I wonder how far Alex would've gone with it.
