Hi James fans

Jem, 24, Northwest England.

Long time Buffy fan since the beginning, hadn't watched Buffy for ages though until i recently got a DVD box set so just getting back into it and rediscovering JM. Also just found out he's had a band/albums out so keeping an eye out on ebay and amazon for them, they're so hard to get hold of, youtube is keeping me entertained at the moment though. Spikes my favourite Buffy character aswell.

Also big fan of U2, Harry Potter and The X Files.

The band James was in broke up years ago, so that music can be hard (or expensive) to find. But you can get his current album "Like A Waterfall" from his Official site (the one that' is just his name...the one that is jamesmarsterslive is his UK site, but they sold out of his CD. ). Good luck finding it.


I ecpect he's working on a new one too.

I just started watching "Buffy" on Hulu, just finished the second season! James is freakin awesome. I wish I had watched this show back in the day! I hear season three is particularly awesome, I'm excited to watch it.

Welcome, Courtney, it's great to see your enthusiasm. James is great when we first meet him and he just gets better and better with so many layers as he goes along. I don't think he is in season 3 very much(although it is worth watching for other reasons) but his episode "Lover's Walk" is one of his best. And then when he is made a "regular" in season 4, he really makes his mark.

Hello, everyone!! Thank you callace for telling me about the board!!

My name's Esther and I've been a James/Spike fan since 1997. He won me over the moment the camera panned to his face after destroying the Sunnydale sign in 'School Hard.' Gah!! It also doesn't hurt that I loved the looks he gave Buffy in the Bronze scene, but that's a totally different story. *grins*

I was able to meet him a few years ago, and let me tell you, he is such a total sweetheart. *melts* I was a dork who was mostly silent (he kept me speechless), but I was giddy when his Sharpies wouldn't work while signing my picture. He got so embarrassed, blushed, and apologized, that I couldn't help but admire him more. Of course, I was a doof and said 'um, it's ok' and just stared. Ahh, I'm horrible.

Anyway, I'm really excited to see the board, and meeting everyone, and I hope to post some more!! Thanks again, callace!!

Aww! I envy you so much it hurts! And on the same time, I am not sure I would have coped with meeting him! I am afraid that i would either goof out like a complete idiot, or shut down due to overload, and go through the whole experience on auto pilot. *shudder*

Oh my goodness, I was overwhelmed at first because this was JAMES FREAKING MARSTERS!! Then I got to meet him and he's so down-to-earth, focuses his attention on you, and is so good to his fans. I saw him not as The Actor, but as James, which got me even more shy and dorky. *sighs*

If i had that chance i would probably dread the end of it so much that i would have been able to focus on the actual happening. But I have heared that from others too, that he is so nice that he can really put anyone at ease

Has me craving for a meeting with him all the more. Would be totally surreal, after having had him on my mind every single day (and many nights) for the last year

He really does put you at ease and makes you feel so special, too. *sighs* Oh, I hated that it ended, but am so happy that I was able to meet him.

Oh, sweetie, I hope you get to meet him, too. It's surreal at first, but you forget about everything and just see him as James. All dorkiness and gorgeousness in tact.

Hehee, gotcha, sweetie. Yeah, I totally lucked out because it was the first time (that I know of) that he'd come down to Texas. Don't think that'll be happening again.

Welcome, Esther, love the avi. It's so cool to meet someone who has been a fan longer than I have. I picked up on the greatness that is James in 2003. Been a big fan ever since.
