Not really. There's a deal in place. Disney/Marvel cannot use the Netflix characters for two years after Netflix is done with them.

I think Netflix just wanted to spit Disney because Disney is creating it's own platform and pulling all their stuff off Netflix. And Netflix is being petty by removing the Marvel goodies.

What a damn shame.
