Evita seems kind, but not sure about her family and all the voodoo stuff. Evita seems a little sketchy.

I hope she's not sketchy. She seems pretty pure so far. I find her interesting, especially when Tandy was all up in her hopes and Evita blocked her. That was kinda cool! I hope that is revisited. Also I believe she knows all about Ty and Tandy's abilities so that'll be interesting also.

I think it's pretty clear she's good. They're not going to make her evil so that Ty is "free" to date Tandy, C&D's writers are better than that. And voodoo seems to be one of those things that gets a bad rap in popular culture, like wicca frequently being associated with satanism, or how wolves are always portrayed as vicious, bloodthirsty monsters even though they're not really like that in real life.

Seeing her stop Tandy from stealing her hopes when she went into her mind was great, wish we got to see Evita doing more cool stuff like that.

It's true. A lot of times shows make the "other" girl a jerk in some way just to help the audience push her aside more, but I'm so glad that wasn't the case here! Evita was such a cool character and someone I was always happy to see because she was so interesting! I'll always wish we got to see more of her.

Yes! That would've been great to see.

Way back in the first episode Tandy looked at a group of friends, sad that she was alone. In episode seven she told Ty nobody called her because nobody cared. She could have finally had a whole group of friends who cared about her in Evita, Mina, Brigid, and Ty.
