I do love the first season despite a lot of people crapping on it (especially the first half)... there is a lot of character development and some unique episodes back then... until I started watching Cloak & Dagger I didn't catch on that Roxxon was a Marvel thing... Then you realize when re-watching episode 9 of season 1 of SHIELD (Repairs) that it was a Roxxon gas station that blew up.

There was a woman who people thought was telekinetic and such but it turns out she was kind of being haunted and that's who caused the explosion and not her (SHIELD went there to find out if she had powers). This was just before a scene where it showed May and Ward together in the morning.

SHIELD was not there for the explosion, they came in to investigate afterwords.

Wow. I love these Easter eggs. I wouldn't remember such a thing after seeing S1 of AOS 6 years ago. But these things are so interesting that they tie it all together somehow.

I might see the new one this weekend, not sure yet... we aren't starting our DnD until later in the day, so we might see it beforehand.

As for AoS... There is more... CyberTek (Project Deathlok) is a subsidiary of Roxxon.

Yeah, I think it was in the first Iron Man as well, I don't think Roxxon is mentioned as owning them in the show, but they did in the comics (and Metrobank and Brand Corporation are seen on filing Cabinets in 1x21 Ragatag) ... However this is from the transcript of 4x06 The Good Samaritan of SHIELD about Roxxon and related to Agent Carter...
