I think, with the way this episode was narrated by the Priest, that it sounds like (hopefully) we will move toward them being more heroic. They just had to hit their rock bottom first, which they have, and now they get to be born again essentially. But yeah they were super grumpy this episode Even if it was understandable it was still annoying

I see this season as really setting things up, Cloak and Dagger figuring out who they are and who they want to be. Marvel superheroes just aren't as positive and happy as DC superheroes. lol They like to be more depression. Look at DD, JJ, TP, LC, and Defenders. Iron Fist is the brightest of them. Ha!

It's a funny reversal happening right now. DC characters tend to be inspirational paragons of virtue, but WB is trying so hard to make those movies edgy and dark. On the flip side Marvel characters are often relatable people with flaws, but thanks to Disney's influence the MCU movies stick to being family-friendly.

^ Yes. That's how I see it! Oh, you got a username change. Basing it off the TV shows as I feel they are a truer representation of DC/Marvel than the movies that can't make up their minds. xD

Won it in Random Forum Fun.
Yeah, many Marvel characters have tragic backgrounds or suffer from relatable issues that make us sympathize and see ourselves in them. __________________

Thanks and thanks.
It's inspired by "memento mori", which was discussed in two shows I really loved, Penny Dreadful and The Punisher. I wanted it as a personal reminder to try to keep things in perspective. __________________
