hold off on the congrats my husband is still wanting to look a bit more so no contracts or anything yet

but basicall the locations is fabulous it is close to so much and one of my fav areas of the city

it is 3 stories over a 100 years old. the outside need some cosmetic stuff but you walk in and into the front room there is a fireplace (there is 4 of them in the house altogether) wood floors tthen next is the dining room (or what i will uses as a formal dining) also with the wood floors and a fireplace there is a door that connects to the kitchen (it has brand new stinless steal appliance, new cabimets and the kitchen floor is really neat, the realtoe thought i would want to replace it but i loved it, it is kinda like a cobblestone. anyway thre is a sun room as well as a half bath down stairs. talso it has 2 sets of steps one set is the main one (they are when you first walk in and they are pretty fancy, then you have the back set (what was at one time the servants stairs. on the second floor there is a huge master suite and the master batha has a whirlpool tub, a stand up shower, his and hers vanity a walk in closet and the toilet is in a like its own little room so the door can be shut. there is a fire place in the bedroom as well as the master bath (at one time this house had probably like 6 bedrooms) the is another full bath on the second floor as well as a nother large bedroom. ons then the servant steps take you to the third floor whicgh has 2 more large bedrooms and another full bath this one has a stand up corner shower. there are linen closets through out, it has a 2 car garage a work shed and a full basement

I like it better than anything i have seen so far and i love the locations so this is really hope it is the one we get and my husband does not drag his feet too long

hey jaime

i am about to go to bed, i am beat, I hate hot weather it makes me tired and irritable it is 84 degrees here and it isn't even 1 am yet the humidity is at 74% which is what makes it so miserable

i am going to try to stay for a bot longer but the air and i am still sweating. my bedroom for some reason is a lot cooler

i know it is so wierd that i can discuss my problems with people here but in RL i act like everything is sooo fabulous, people are always shocked if i appear to be in a slightly bad mood because for some reason they think that I am always happy and nothing bothers me
