One of the most memorable for me doesn't have any dialogue. It's in "To Shanshu In LA". Angel is by Wesley's hospital bed, then goes upstairs to see Cordelia. The look on Angel's face when he comes up the stairs and into the corridor is one that gets me every time. It's then that Angel really realises he needs Wesley and especially Cordelia.

(softer) Angel... if there's a woman out there... who you find truly attractive, who you think about, let's say, most of the time, who represents even part of what you think makes the world worth fighting for and who doesn't view you as an entirely sexless shoulder to lean on...you have to do something about it.
Angel:Who are we talking about here?
Wesley:
(looks down, the looks over Angel's shoulder toward the door) Fred.

Fred: Haven't you been... sensing anything lately... about me... coming from me?
Wesley: Uh...
Fred: Didn't occur to you that... something might have changed? That-I'm looking at you in a different-oh, screw it. (kisses Wesley)
Wesley: Um...
Fred: That was a signal, okay? Is that... clear enough for you?
Wesley: Not even close. (kisses her passionately)

Fred:I'm with him! He won't leave me now. We're so close.
Wesley:I will never leave you.
Fred:My boys. I walk with heroes. Think about that.
Wesley:You are one.

Angel referring to Spike: Sorry about him, he's...is pathological idiot an actual condition?

Angel: What are you doing here, Spike?
Spike: Didn't get the memo? Hero of the people now.
Angel: Oh. Then go and annoy them.

Angel: You two know each other?
Andrew: Spike and I saved the world. Buffy helped too.

This scene is one of my most favorite and was very chilling for me and what it meant to Angel. From Reprise..

Holland: "Well - *no*. Of course we aren't. We have no intention of doing anything so prosaic as 'winning.'"

Holland: "Hmm? I'm sorry? Why what?"

Holland: "That's really the question you should be asking yourself, isn't it? See, for us, there is no fight. Which is why winning doesn't enter into it. We - go on - no matter what. Our firm has always been here. In one form or another. The Inquisition. The Khmer Rouge. We were there when the very first cave man clubbed his neighbor. And with that the elevator comes to a screeching halt.
The doors open and Angel looks out to see a homeless person pushing a loaded shopping cart across the plaza in front of the Wolfram and Hart Office building in LA.
Holland: "Welcome to the home office."
Angel: "This isn't..."
Holland: "Well, you know it is. - You know *that* better than anyone. Things you've seen. Things you've, well - done. You see, if there wasn't evil in every single one of them out there why, they wouldn't be people. - They'd all be angels."
Holland : "Have a nice day."

Wes: We were fighting on opposite sides, but it was the same war.
Fred: But you hated her...didn't you?
Wes: It's not always about holding hands...

Cordy: I naturally assumed you'd be lost without me, but this?
Angel: I am lost without you.
Cordy: You just forgot who you are.
