Amazing ep...I'm sorry this is short-edged but that LL making up blew me over beyond words. I'm sooooo happy that they are back together. (Or so it seems)

~Last Dance~

Zach and Lane were hysterical. "I'm bad. I'm a baaad man." But oh, the hair. He has such awful hair. It's really distracting.

The ending was fantastic. I totally saw it coming and loved every delicious second of it. And what was Lorelai watching? Sounded like the most depressing movie in the entire world, lol.

The whole episode was fantastic!! I loved everything. Here are a few of my favorite things( in the singsong voice) The Luke and Lorelai kiss. sqwell!!!! My sqwell could be heard probably heard all the way down the street. I loved Luke and Lorelai in this episode. I loved the fact that we got more Lane in this episode. I almost splirted soda out of my nose when she said the ****y Rory line. I completely wasen't expecting that. Lane in my mothers eyes is a golden child for what she said to Zach. I respect that, but i don't always follow what mom says. Rorys rant to Emily, Priceless. I was literally nudging her on. Come on Rory, say some more, come on. Other then when she was at Friday Night Dinner, i wasen't that impressed with Rory this episode. The Emily rant to Richard about him be the favorite was extremely well done by the writers. I really liked Richards part in the episode. Sookie, i want a friend like her. She is the best classification of a Best Friend. Well, thats all for me now, going to rewatch the episode.

I felt like this episode was written by someone who's still a fan, who finally got her chance to write an episode and she wasn't going to let the opportunity pass to get in all of the things she wish she'd seen over the years.

Rory getting a job at the bookstore, someone calling Rory out on being a little ****ty, Rory telling her mom about her relationship with a boy. Luke and Lorelai's passionate makeup scene.

Only thing is...it was all like a year or two too late, which made it terribly awkward. All except for that final Luke and Lorelai scene, which was perfect. It always weirds me out how they're able to get the L/L relationship so right this season when so many critics worried it would be the jump the shark moment, and yet, Rory they just haven't gotten, IMO.

I loved Lane and Rory catching up during lunch breaks, Richard and Lorelai bonding, Sookie being a good girl friend and Mama Kim being in Lane's head.

i was also really excited, when they finally kissed i was waiting for that the whole week, and i counted the hours today till it was 8. but the episode wasn't that good today (except the lorelai and luke part), i was kinda disappointed... i mean it was ok, the last three episode before were just way better... .

It was the 1950's version of Star Is Born with Judy Garland. In the movie her husband kills himself so it isn't upper type movie.

I really liked this episode. Really good point about it being written by a fan, A. B. Normal.

I thought Emily was well done, controlling but not a total witch. I also thought Richard was very wise in his advice to Emily about Lorelai.

The main thing I didn't like was that the good talk did not apply to L/L. I loved the last passionate scene, but I really would like to see them talk. Did Luke get back with Lorelai because he really missed her, because he didn't want to come between her and her parents, or because he now can be with Lorelai without dealing with Emily's crap? I hope it's not the last one, because that makes it seem like he's not all in.

ASP is being pretty tricky with the titles. I thought Say Something was what Lorelai said to Luke, not to herself in a dream. I thought Good Talk would be between L/L, not Lorelai and Rory. ASP is worse than the EPB!

OMG how good was Gilmore Girls tonight. I am so happy Luke and Lorelai are back together. Happy to see Rory finnly speeking her mind to Emily, She should not have broke LL up. Ok Lane and Zach I still can't get used to them they seem to wierd togher.I thought it was funny when Lane walked up to her mom and said "your in my head" LOL. Lorelai seemed alittle freaked out when rory was talking to her about Logan. Man was Luke scary if he had not gotten back with Lore I think he would have started shooting people. Emily seems to be returning to the good side I hope she keeps her word and says out if it and lets Lorelai and Luke be happy. OMG how cute was Sookie I can't waite till she has the baby.

Vey funny - and accurate! - observation.

1) Rory looked good with hair down and curly. Of course Rory looks good with her hair up. Rory also looks good with her hair straight. And Rory looks good with her hair short and looks good with her hair long. And of course with a "Give Bush a Wedgie" tshirt. Anyone notice a common thread here?

2) So Rory is being passive aggressive towards the ones paying her education? Don't worry. I liked it.

Usually Rory rants come off as either over the top, whiny, or pathetic. This one was well written, measured, and well delivered by Alexis.

3) Rory can't find a work study job? She really needs to learn her way around campus. Usually they are tons of them and they involve little or no work. Stuff like babysitting the foreign language lab while you study. Surely she can get SOMETHING out of all these professors she brown noses.

4) Surprised Logan didn't try to drag Rory along with him for his ski trip. And Alexis does seem to actually have good chemistry with Matt and didn't look as awkward as she typically looks around most everyone.

5) "You want to have sex?" "Kind of." I liked that they acknowledged Lane's upbringing. She may have subtly rebelled in say what music she listened to but she wasn't a hell child either. To have her throw herself at Zack would've been unrealistic.

And Zack. You might need to try the Bill Clinton/Newt Gingrich approach and try to argue with her on the differences between "sex" and "sexual acts." You won't get everything you want but probably enough to make you quite happy for awhile.

6) Lane going to Rory for advice? Surprised Rory wasn't telling Lane to go for it. But at least Rory seemed to actually be listening to Lane. She usually looks bored and detached as if she's biding her time to move the discussion over to someone a bit more important. Then again when Lane rants she tends to babble and just talks to get her thoughts out. So perhaps Rory just knows it's best to keep out of her way.

7) Liked the Emily-Luke conversation. Surprised they brought Luke and Lorelai back together so quickly after rather than milk it for ratings. Might've wanted to see it a little less sudden anyway. But was well done.

8) Preview for next week. See other people while dating? I guess Dean had an open marriage (even if Lindsay was never informed about it) but.... I assume that's out of character for even the "new" Rory which shows a certain lack of self-respect on her part. Then again. Who knows. Maybe Marty still has a chance. I could see her having a one night stand to get Logan jealous and kicking him to the curb.

9) How much Rory despite her renewed avowal to tell Lorelai everything doesnt tell her mom about the "open relationship" because she KNOWS her mom would chew her head off for that?

All I can say at the moment (since I have yet to see the episode in its entirity) is....about d*** time. When L/L kissed I did this followed by lots of this


I'll watch the episode and will be back with more of this more than likely.

YAY! The ending was perfect! I'm so happy to see them back together they were missed! Zack and Lane LMAO they were awesome and soo funny. Emily is insane and glad someone said something to her! Luke... Whoa! I was scared of him and his cooking! Rory/Logan.. Ehhh.
