Season 1 did such a great job incorporating the seasons, you really felt like you were there, feeling & smelling the snow. I loved that aspect.

LOL the dog has the arm of the baby jesus. You can practically feel the frost between Rory and Lorelai

The deep-freeze between Lorelai and Emily emphasizes the communication problem between the two. I think Emily went too far by uninviting her to the annual christmas party. I get that she is angry about Lorelai yelling at her and kicking her out, but its like neither of them can see past their individual povs.

Aww the disgusting Santa Burger. Such a sweet gesture by luke.

This episode makes me sad considering that Ed Hermann has passed on to the great library above. The conversation between Lorelai and Luke is so deep and really highlights the complicated relationship between Lorelai and her dad. She really does love her parents, but she feels like a disappointment to them and totally antagonistic with the other.

LL Banter with Emily cracks me up everytime.

“I demand to go first”--Bawl I'm ugly crying right now.

“You're idiots, the both of you.”—haha so true Ems. So true!

Love how supportive Luke is of Lorelai in this difficult situation. It really highlights their friendship which we only got hints of before.

The way Emily and Lorelai forgive each other so easily is sweet.

111: Paris is Burning

LOL this diatribe about dogs is the funniest thing ever. Buttercup is totally neurotic. Max and Lorelai are cute, but they are starting to bore me now.

Uh oh Max and rory run in at the house. The dinner with Max and Lorelai is super cute.
Back at the Diner sookie is going off on Jackson. Their banter is a combo of cute and super annoying.
Why is Lorelia freaking out oaaver Rory wanting to spend time with Max. She definitely has commitment issues.

I love how Sookie just straight up asks Jackson out. Balsy girl.

I adore how Rory tells Paris off and Paris actually listens is sort of nice. The beginning of a beautiful friendship.

The whole exchange with Sookie and Jackson is so uncomfortable yet hilarious.

Sookie looks so pretty and its cute how nervous she is. The Lane/Rory double date with Dean and Todd is so going to be disaster cause Lane has it so built up in her mind.

This is prob my least favorite episode in the season. It was just kind of dull.

This conversation/fight over the Donna Reed show is so pointless. I think they are both being ridiculous. But, Dean is totally the kind of guy who would want his wife to have the food on the table at the end of the day.
