The season premiere finally airs tonight, and I'm sure we'll all be eager to discuss it.

Picking up on the same night as last season's finale, Lorelai is very upset that Rory has lost her virginity to her married ex-boyfriend Dean. Luke is happy and relieved to learn that Lorelai wants to pursue their new romantic relationship. Meanwhile, after announcing that she and Richard are officially separated, Emily decides to leave immediately for Paris. Realizing that Dean's marriage may not be over after all, Rory agrees to spend the summer in Europe with Emily.

It is amazing that the season finale has sustained us this long! Now that's called a cliffhanger, whether or not you actually like the plot.

I thought the episode was good. It was good for a permiere. Hehe. I love all the L/L scenes!

The R/D opening was totally not at all what I wanted to see. I hate the fact that they had sex again. I am disgusted with both of them, even moreso than I was, at the end of last season.

I felt so bad for Lindsay. I hope she gives Dean hell in the next episode.

Emily and Richard really need to grow up. Crawling out of the window? I felt that that scene was a little childish, although, that's probably what ASP was going for. Loved the ending, with the music playing in the background, and Richard lighting a pipe, or, whatever it was, when Emily left.

The Lorelai/Rory tension is awesome. I love it. Rory's being a superbitch, and, while I was hoping for more Bitchy!Lorelai, what we got was great, too.

As for L/L, I loved them. Lol at Sookie not understanding why they didn't have sex. The phone conversation was adorable. Lorelai's frog line was so cute. Luke's five messages were hilarious. I loved the last message, and, Lorelai's reaction to it. Aw, the phone conversation at the end was cute, too. I liked the whole, "we should give it another go" thing, with the whole, "test run".

Cute episode, although, the R/D really put a damper on it for me.

The promo? Squeeeeeeee at the "perfect match" line!

All in all I thought it was a pretty good episode! I loved the ending the most. How Lorelai and Rory started to talk without such hatrid, and of course, Luke's messages. Those were so adoreable. I love the relationship they have!

I thought it was ironic that Rory choose "Candy Man" as their song since it is from the movie Willy Wonka. That was the movie they watched the first time Dean came over for movie night. I also thought it was ironic that their second time was at MIss Patty's Studio. That is where they fell asleep after Rory's Dance, and everyone thought they might have had sex.

Oh, I forgot about Lane.

What kind of best friend is she? She was gushing, and acting all, "aww, you guys are so cute", when, hello, she should have been telling Rory what a huge mistake it was. Rory asked for her advice, and, Lane had none to give. I am very disappointed in Lane's behavior.
