Don't worry about it, that poll is pretty lousy. You can vote a million times and it wouldn't bring the votes up much. That poll isn't really that important anyway since the "Pitting GG vs VM" article is complete non-sence. I would concentrate my attention on the E!online poll if I were you.

Hate to say it but... Gilmore Girls does NOT belong in that poll. It has the full support of the network who desperately wants to bring it back. It winning will do NOTHING to help its chances but might hurt other shows who are on the bubble and could use the publicity more.

Ok putting my two cents in. I want this show to continue, dang it. For at least half a season, if not a full one. The show needs to end on a good season, and not on a bad one, as IMO this one has been.

So I forgot to mention this earlier but The Great8Mandate group has been doing rounds of voting on the E!Online poll. They all get together at a certain time and vote non-stop for 15-20 mins and then PM the results of there votes to the person who organized the 15-20 mins of voting and she adds up all the votes and pms the result back to everyone. No one is aloud to post their results on the boards cause of possible other fandom spys.

You are originally only aloud to vote once but there are ways of cheating the poll. Go to GG.org and ask around, someone will explain it to you or you can look through the Great8Mandate thread and people explain it alot. I would explain here but this is fanforum and lots of other fandoms could be looking plus I'm too darn lazy!

Tomorrow is the last day of voting so pleeeeeease try to take part!!! You don't even have to do it with everyone else if you don't want to or if you miss it (like me) so just do it by yourself, either way, it will work and possibly help alot!!

3. Display your photo on this (the Great8Mandate) thread. If you're unsure how, simply ask for help and a friendly face can offer advice. Or, e-mail the photo to heidi@gilmoregirls.org and I will upload the photo for you.

That's it! You're done.

Please take note, you can still participate in this idea even if you don't want to post a photo of yourself. There are many, many ways to show season 8 support ... and you can choose to be in the photo or not.

P.P.S. - It's important to keeping sending in those snail mail letters to our contacts. I've noticed that other 'bubble show' fans have stepped up their game. (Even so, we had about a month and a half head start on everyone.)

Still, keeping a steady flow of letters arriving is important.

Well clearly you know where I'm getting at, get involved if you can!!

I'm also going to add a section in the first post for fan participation stuff like this. There was a letter thing that went on a couple weeks ago that you guys missed out on cause I forgot to post the info here and I don't want that to happen again, I'll post an update here whenever there is something to update on and if its important like something you can participate in or something that is important news related, I will post the update in the first post for reminders. I encourage everyone to take part in anything that can be participted in as well! Fans make all the difference remember that! Also, anyone else that has info that hasn't been posted here yet, pleeeease post it. I don't care if its something small, something big, a rumor, discouraging or encouraging news. Anything is good to have/know! Even if its not that important, it still helps bump the thread up to first page!
