Thank you so much for helping out this board while I was away. :flowers: I got back this weekend & had such a wonderful vacay but I've been dealing with major jet lag. I’m so happy to be back home and I’ve missed everyone. :love:

It can! It has mostly affected my sleep at night. My body got used to the 6 hour time change and I’ve been waking up wide awake at 3am. :(
