Lindsay, did you hear? April and Arizona are leaving Grey's at the end of the season. They were let go because of creative reasons (of course people are creating drama online saying it is because of Ellen Pompeo and because of everyone hating eachother - despite people involved saying otherwise, but ok). Kinda shocky. But then I realised it's not like they had much to do lately, you know? I'll miss them for sure. Wish they'd take Owen with them

Yes, I did see that. They always have to create drama cause it sells better. I understand the decision though. There's not much else they can do with their stories.

This time it's the fans who are creating drama Everyone involved argues it's because of creative reasons (and no bad blood), but according to fans it's because of sexism Or Ellen's salary. Or because of bad blood. Lol.

Fans are always creating unnecessary drama. It's so silly and pointless to get worked up over things not within our control OR within our realm of knowledge. All fans base their information on rumors and/or speculation so I'm always skeptical when a fan with an "inside source" claims they know what really happened BTS. Unless you're in the room where the negotiations take place, I don't believe you one bit. It's disappointing to lose characters in a show that you like so I understand the frustration but there's no point in losing sleep over the motivations involved that we're not privy to anyway.

Yeesh! I'm about 3 episodes behind on TXF. I really need to catch up. I'm kinda glad it's the finale because it means I only have 4 episodes to watch and be caught up before the next season starts up again hopefully.

Exactly. Can't help myself but be frustrated by those ''fans'' though. Really trying not to care, but their logic really baffles me sometimes. It's quite frustrating at times. Trying to avoid twitter at the moment. People who are actively trying to boycot Grey's Anatomy, just because their favorite character left. They do it in name of their ''girls'' (like the actresses are their best friends) too which baffles me the most. They don't realise a succesful boycot could cause the show to stop....multiple people losing their job, etc. They really think that's what the actresses leaving would want.

I mean, I'm sad that they're gone and I understand real fans of the characters will feel it even harder, but it still doesn't explain their actions. Whenever I don't like something anymore I just quit doing it. I don't actively try to get others to join me in every thread possible. I must be weird

It's why I love the Gilmore Girls fanbase. Sure, there have been some shipping wars, but not as bad as most other shows. Some fans are real crazy. We're crazy too, but in a good way, just GG obsessed crazy

We're mostly watching Major Crimes these days. The show has six seasons and we're at the fourth season now. It's a wonderful crime drama, love it. Plus we have our weekly shows ofcourse.

They're in all fandoms, really. I've met a few GG fans who were certified cray cray and drama queens but for the most part, especially with this board in particular, everyone is really cool, sweet and mature. I think we've all just gotten older and wiser? Anyhow, thanks for being you and realizing it's the show we all love and that's why we're here.
